PICK UP & RETURNS
Shipping & Pick Up Policy
Chicks are shipped via USPS Priority mail. Shipping is a flat rate of $60 for live chick orders. It is your responsibility to input the correct shipping address upon checkout. We CANNOT change the address once the shipping label has been made. All chick shipments will be marked with "HOLD AT POST OFFICE FOR PICKUP". Your phone number will be on the box so the post office can call you to pick them up. You must pick them up on the day of arrival, so plan your order accordingly. We will not be responsible for any condition changes as a result of failure to pick up your chicks on their day of arrival. There is a minimum order of 6 for shipped chicks.
Pickups typically occur on the last Saturday and Sunday of the month, with chicks shipping between the following Monday through Wednesday. We do not ship on any other days of the week to ensure your precious package gets to you as quickly as possible. All pickups are by appointment only. Upon arrival, please do not exit your vehicle and we will bring your order to you to ensure proper biosecurity practices are followed. There is a minimum order of 3 chicks for pick up orders.
You may receive bonus chicks. We aim to fully fullfill every order count, this may result in additional 'bonus chicks' included with your order. All bonus chicks are free.
Return Policy
At Parcell Farms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Orders are guranteed 100% alive and in good condition. We strive to provide you with the healthiest of chicks, if for any reason the contition changes within the first 24 hours after pickup, you must notify us via email with details, and we can make it right with a refund for the affected bird only. If notified after 24 hours of pickup, we cannot offer a refund as there are many different elemental variables that can effect chick condition out of our control.
Parcell Farms does not offer sexed chicks, all chicks are sold as strait-run. There will not be refunds based on the gender of chicks recieved.
Cancellation Policy
Live chick and waterfowl orders can be cancelled within the first 48 hours of placing to recieve a full refund. If cancelling 48 hours after placing the order, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the order total. Once an order is placed, incubation is initiated and product cannot be terminated.
Hatching eggs can be cancelled any time.
