PICK UP & RETURNS
Shipping & Pick Up Policy
At this time we do not offer shipping and all items are local pickup only. Pickups typically occur on the last Saturday and Sunday of the month. All pickups are by appointment only. Upon arrival, please do not exit your vehicle and we will bring your order to you to ensure proper biosecurity practices are followed.
You may recieve bonus chicks. We aim to fully fullfill every order count, this may result in additional 'bonus chicks' included with your order. All bonus chicks are free.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Parcell Farms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Orders are guranteed 100% alive and in good condition. We strive to provide you with the healthiest of chicks, if for any reason the contition changes within the first 72 hours after pickup, please notify us and we can make it right with a refund or replacement for the affected bird only. If notified after 72 hours of pickup, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Parcell Farms does not offer sexed chicks, all chicks are sold as strait-run. There will be not refunds based on the gender of chicks recieved.
Cancellation Policy
Live chick and waterfowl orders can be cancelled within the first 48 hours of placing to recieve a full refund. If cancelling 48 hours after placing the order, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the order total. Once an order is placed, incubation is initiated and product cannot be terminated.
Hatching eggs can be cancelled any time for a full refund up until shipping occurs. Shipping occurs at the point that tracking number is generated and sent to you.
