We ship live chicks Monday–Wednesday only to ensure they never sit in a postal facility over a weekend. All shipments are marked “Hold at Post Office” for same-day pickup.
Our minimum is 6 chicks for shipping to ensure warmth and safety during transit.
For local pickup, the minimum is 3 chicks.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail in high industry-standard chick boxes with heat support (when needed), hydration gels, chick crumbles and bedding. Your phone number is added to the label so your post office can call you immediately.
Yes. If there are any losses upon pickup, contact us immediately with clear photos within 6 hours of receiving the chicks from the post office. We will make it right.
Once chicks leave the post office with you, they are under your care.
We ship eggs fresh, in specialized foam egg shippers that full enclose each egg individually.
However, as securely as we do package them, we cannot guarantee hatch rates, because handling during transit is outside our control.
